Service Charges:
Fees are commission based, 35% of the gross sales are to be paid to our company, with our client receiving 65%. Our percentage includes everything associated with organizing your sale, including: set up and staging, access to our database of thousands of estate sale shoppers, promoting and advertising on a multitude of online platforms, professional signage in the surrounding area, researching items, independent appraisal costs, cashier station, sales staff, and all supplies used for the sale. There are no up-front fees or hidden costs.

Our most recent business liquidation was held at "The Wing" in West Hollywood, a 10,000 SQ FT space that was previously used as a women's business center. The Process:
1. Meeting in Person:
Our initial consultation is always complimentary and at your convenience. We're here to walk you through the process, answering any questions you may have. Once a mutually effective date has been agreed upon, a contract will be sent to finalize the discussions made. You decide what items you would like to keep, and we take care of the rest.
2. Organization & Pricing:
Our team will come to the estate to sort, organize and price items. We respect that each property is unique from the next. Whether the home is neat and orderly or has boxes and belongings from floor to ceiling, there's nothing we haven't seen. We're compassionate professionals, here to give you options, allowing for a seamless transition.
3. The Estate Sale & Finalizing Payment:
One of our primary goals is to make sure that our efforts are prompt and effective with payment to our client going out within 7 business days.
